Giulia is a translator of Korean literature into Italian and English.
Born in Milan in 1991, Giulia spent 3 years as a graphic designer
for Mondadori Junior before deciding it was time for a new adventure.
In 2017, she packed her bags and headed to Seoul, where she dove
into the world of translation through the English Regular Course at LTI Korea.
Since then, she’s published two full-length novel translations into Italian,
with two more exciting titles on the horizon.
She now lives on the outskirts of Seoul with her husband and their hyperactive turtle,
Moka—who spends most of her time redecorating her tank.
Giulia loves taking long walks in the park, never turns down a decaf latte,
and has an ongoing love affair with pizza (it’s complicated).
